Our Process

 Our Production and Quality Teams take pride in fulfilling your order in our Production Centers. Each item is made to order which means that each product is selected specifically for your order.

**ORDER SHIPS NORMALLY WITHIN 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS, HOWEVER DURING PEAK SEASONS (HOLIDAY & WINTER) TIMES CAN EXTEND TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS***

. Selecting "Free Shipping"  may extend this time. Some orders may be slightly delayed. Some customers may receive a partial order if the rest has not completed print and production. 

If you are a first time customer and your order is over $150, it may be subjected to verification prior to being shipped out. No Refunds. This is because each item is made on demand per customer order.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY - 

Ordering Online can be complicated and selecting the right size for you. We understand that which is why we offer a one-time Size Exchange. No Refunds. Please note that items must be returned in it's original condition and within 15 business days of receipt. Please send the new size and tracking number for your return. Our processing time for exchanges is 21 business days but this extend during our peak seasons. Please email for the return shipping address. **PLEASE NOTE THAT EXCHANGES ARE BASED ON AVAILABLE SIZES** Please confirm the with our Support Team that your requested size(s) are available. If size is not available or goes out of stock at the time of initial communication, a partial store credit or exchange will be issued.

  1. Please note that you will need to include a return label for us to ship the items back to you. We do not cover shipping for the new size. If the label is not included your return will not be processed. 

  2. For Hassle Free Exchange, you can just submit request via email to: sales@shoplivefly.com with heading: SIZE EXCHANGE.

  3.  If your size is not available in stock an exchange for another color style or store credit minus shipping cost will be given to you.

 If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us. All sale items are final sale. Items purchased at full price, unopened can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days. No refunds

Please note that if your order shows delivered and the package is either lost or stolen, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to file a claim as we do not offer refunds or replacements for packages that show delivered.
