It's easy to get distracted with the every day feeds from our social media pages. We see everything that, society tells us is Perfect, but its all an illusion. A distraction to keep you locked in the same mental depression as everyone else. Don't fall for it! You are Perfectly Imperfect! That is what make you, us, special and unique. Of course, we should do things to help us reach our max potential but not at the cost of a video or post seen on Tik-Tok or Instagram.
