Please note that our standard production time is 2-5 business days, however during our peak seasons this time can extend to 5-7 business days on some orders. Selecting "Free Shipping" may extend this time. Some orders may be slightly delayed. Some customers may receive a partial order if the rest has not completed print and production.
If you are a first time customer and your order is over $150, it may be subjected to verification prior to being shipped out. No Refunds. This is because each item is made on demand per customer order.
SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY -
Ordering Online can be complicated and selecting the right size for you. We understand that which is why we offer a one-time Size Exchange. No Refunds. Please note that items must be returned in it's original condition and within 15 business days of receipt. Please send the new size and tracking number for your return. Our processing time for exchanges is 14-21 business days but this extend during our peak seasons. Please email for the return shipping address.

Comfy and warm
So.. the shipping was the only thing that I would actually complain about however, when reaching out through their email I recieved a response within 2-3 days so that helped ease my mind. It is better than I expected though. It doesnt feel cheap and that's always my fear when buying online but it's great the sizing is exact .. so if your looking for a hoodie that gives you that roomy feeling I would definitely size up. I got a medium I am 5'5 150 lbs. Not much stretch to it but very form fitting would definitely recommend! The purple pops and I finally just bought me something and my daughter is already asking where hers is because it is cute.
